Alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;menggunakan&nbsp;daya&nbsp;listrik&nbsp;yang&nbsp;diubah&nbsp;menjadi&nbsp;sinar&nbsp;laser.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sinar laser&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;berfungsi&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;melelehkan&nbsp;kaca,&nbsp;memungkinkan&nbsp;inti yang&nbsp;terputus&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;tersambung&nbsp;kembali&nbsp;tanpa&nbsp;cela.&nbsp;Penting&nbsp;bagi&nbsp;fusion splicer&nbsp;memiliki&nbsp;tingkat&nbsp;akurasi&nbsp;yang&nbsp;tinggi&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;penyambungan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;sempurna. Alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;berfungsi&nbsp;sebagai&nbsp;alat&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;memotong&nbsp;dan&nbsp;mengupas&nbsp;kulit&nbsp;dan&nbsp;daging&nbsp;kabel.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cleaver:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cleaver Tools&nbsp;dirancang&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;memotong&nbsp;inti&nbsp;kabel&nbsp;optik&nbsp;setelah&nbsp;lapisan&nbsp;luar&nbsp;dilepaskan.&nbsp;Khusus&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;pemotongan&nbsp;serat&nbsp;yang&nbsp;presisi,&nbsp;keberhasilan&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;proses&nbsp;ini&nbsp;memungkinkan&nbsp;kemajuan&nbsp;ke&nbsp;tahap&nbsp;jointig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optical Power Meter (OPM):<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;mengukur&nbsp;seberapa&nbsp;kuat&nbsp;daya&nbsp;dari&nbsp;sinyal&nbsp;cahaya&nbsp;yang&nbsp;telah&nbsp;masuk. OPM&nbsp;memiliki&nbsp;antarmuka&nbsp;FC yang&nbsp;langsung&nbsp;terhubung&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pathcore&nbsp;FC. Bagi yang&nbsp;belum&nbsp;familiar&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;rumus&nbsp;yang&nbsp;digunakan,&nbsp;rumusnya&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;(TX &#8211; RX = &#8230;dB&nbsp;dibagi&nbsp;jarak&nbsp;(Km)).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR):<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OTDR&nbsp;digunakan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mendeteksi&nbsp;komunitas&nbsp;atau&nbsp;kelompok&nbsp;kabel&nbsp;serat&nbsp;optik&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;jarak&nbsp;tertentu.&nbsp;Tujuannya&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;menentukan&nbsp;jarak&nbsp;dari&nbsp;dua&nbsp;sisi&nbsp;dan&nbsp;mengukur&nbsp;gangguan&nbsp;yang&nbsp;terjadi. Ini&nbsp;membantu&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;troubleshooting&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;mudah&nbsp;menentukan&nbsp;lokasi&nbsp;gangguan,&nbsp;umumnya&nbsp;digunakan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mendeteksi&nbsp;retakan&nbsp;kabel,&nbsp;putusnya&nbsp;inti yang&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;diketahui&nbsp;letaknya,&nbsp;putusnya&nbsp;kabel,&nbsp;atau&nbsp;bahkan&nbsp;bending.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Light Source:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pada&nbsp;dasarnya,&nbsp;alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;menghasilkan&nbsp;sinyal&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;jalur&nbsp;yang&nbsp;akan&nbsp;dilaluinya.&nbsp;Misalnya,&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mengukur&nbsp;redaman&nbsp;jalur&nbsp;atau&nbsp;end-to-end, Light Source&nbsp;berfungsi&nbsp;sebagai&nbsp;media yang&nbsp;memberikan&nbsp;sinyal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optical Fiber Identifier:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;berfungsi&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mengetahui&nbsp;arah&nbsp;sinyal&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;penunjuk&nbsp;arah&nbsp;dan&nbsp;besar&nbsp;daya&nbsp;yang&nbsp;dilaluiny a.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visual Fault Locator:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Juga&nbsp;dikenal&nbsp;sebagai&nbsp;Laser fiber optic&nbsp;atau&nbsp;senter&nbsp;fiber optic,&nbsp;alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;digunakan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;menguji&nbsp;inti&nbsp;serat&nbsp;optik. Laser&nbsp;akan&nbsp;mengikuti&nbsp;serat&nbsp;optik&nbsp;pada Kabel Fiber Optik&nbsp;dari&nbsp;Point of Presence (POP)&nbsp;sampai&nbsp;ke&nbsp;pengguna&nbsp;(end to end). Jika inti&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;bermasalah, laser&nbsp;akan&nbsp;mencapai&nbsp;titik&nbsp;tujuan.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bit Error Rate Test (BERT):<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;berfungsi&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;memeriksa&nbsp;koneksi&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;TDM (Time Division Multiplexing), di mana&nbsp;aplikasi&nbsp;TDM&nbsp;jaringan&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;layanan&nbsp;Clear Channel yang&nbsp;sedang&nbsp;diuraikan&nbsp;oleh&nbsp;penulis.&nbsp;Secara&nbsp;khusus,&nbsp;tes&nbsp;BERT&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;memeriksa&nbsp;dan&nbsp;mengetahui&nbsp;TX&nbsp;atau&nbsp;RX yang error,&nbsp;melalui&nbsp;pengiriman&nbsp;paket&nbsp;dan&nbsp;pengulangan.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fiber Optic Adapter:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fiber Optik Adapter&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;komponen&nbsp;yang&nbsp;digunakan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;menyambung&nbsp;atau&nbsp;menghubungkan&nbsp;kabel&nbsp;serat&nbsp;optik&nbsp;yang&nbsp;berbeda.
